Profile
I'm Emily, a well-rounded senior designer in the digital space, currently at Mixed Reality at Microsoft. My work spans from UI/UX design, to illustration, to even some three-dimensional stuff. I love solving design problems, even (especially?) the murky, technical ones. I have a passion for delivering better experiences for customers in the developer and enterprise spaces who are sometimes overlooked, design-wise. I've been on my team for a while and am looking to change things up and tackle some new design challenges!

On a more personal note, I live in a 110-year-old yellow farmhouse in South Seattle, make dang good brownies and enjoy a good tree bath when I can get it. Our grumpy cat is iffy on me but I like her anyway.
Experience
I started at Xbox in 2009 after graduating from Seattle Central Creative Academy. Then switched to work on some experimental projects (one of which turned into Microsoft Power Apps) from 2010-2015. Then I moved to Developer Ecosystem Experience/Design Labs for Mixed Reality where I work today.
